After earning my Ph.D. in applied mathematics in 2017, I began my career as a software developer for primtech 3d at entegra. I was given the opportunity to work on innovation projects.rnrnThe tasks are very interesting and constantly motivate me and my team to take on new challenges. Our innovative solutions make primtech more digital and efficient.rnrnWorking independently, systematically, and in a structured manner, along with an open-minded approach, are what set us apart at entegra.

I’ve been with entegra for 10 years—starting as a working student—and am currently responsible for the global sales of our software, primtech, and for developing new business areas. I’ve always had the ambition to make the world a better place, and here we’re succeeding in doing just that with a great team and a digital mindset. We’re actively contributing to the success of the energy transition and offering ways to alleviate the shortage of skilled workers.

Application Engineer

I’ve been with primtech since 2011. I mainly work at the interface between primtech users and primtech software—more specifically, in quality assurance. I’m also involved in translating texts into English. Personally, I find it very exciting to work on projects involving a product as fascinating as primtech, alongside such a diverse group of colleagues.

Thanks to the innovative projects, there are always opportunities to grow and learn new things.

I appreciate that we employees regularly have the chance to meet everyone else, especially those who usually work from home. We have a large, cozy kitchen with delicious coffee, a monthly group dinner, a summer party, and a company outing.

I also appreciate being able to organize my work schedule in a family-friendly and flexible way, the flat hierarchies, and the knowledge-sharing with my helpful colleagues. Plus, our managers are always willing to listen.

So it’s a very pleasant, constructive work atmosphere, and I really enjoy coming to work every day.

I work for entegra for almost 10 years. My main role in the company is to train our worldwide customers how to use primtech software. Also convincing potential customers from technical perspective to go for a primtech by doing onsite or online presentations and participating in different exhibitions anywhere in the world. Our great bosses, sales, developers, marketing team, secretary team made us that we almost have no competition. The key to success is teamwork.
